Is there a minimum spend on rewards?

Yes! You would have to have a basket total of £11.99 in order to redeem a loyalty reward in any tier. 

Can I redeem more than one reward at once? 

Yes! You can redeem as many rewards as you wish in one order as long as you have the points required for each reward of your choosing.

How do I unlock the next tier? 

The more point you earn, the closer you get to unlocking the next tier!

Each level has a % Progress bar you can see on how close you are to the next level by checking that, you can find the progress bar under the Points balance displayed on the top of the Rewards page.

Once you reached 100% you will than level up to the next tier! In a new tier, the progress bar resets.

Once I level up to the next tier, do I still have the points earned from the previous tier or do they reset? 

You don’t need to spend any points to level up a tier! Points only go down from your balance when you spend it on rewards! 

Can I still redeem rewards from a tier I levelled up from?

Once you unlock a tier; all rewards remain available to you until you claim them

Example: You can still claim Bronze tier rewards even if you also unlocked Silver.

How many times can I claim a reward? 

A reward is only available to claim once. 

Does the level reset when you claim rewards?

No! Once you have reached a level you can claim as many rewards as possible from that tier without going back to a lower tier! Spending your points will never bump down your tier.

However, after a year, if you do not meet the spend requirements to stay in the current tier you get bumped down to a tier that matches your current spending amount.
